Perched at the top of Richmond Hill, we’re a much-loved foodie pub in Richmond, made for long winter lunches, roaring fires and properly indulgent dinners.
Our seasonal menus champion the best of British produce, from rich, comforting pub classics to beautifully cooked winter dishes that put quality ingredients front and centre.
Pair it with a perfectly kept Young’s ale, a famously creamy Guinness, something special from our wine cellar or a expertly mixed cocktail — then settle in fireside and stay a little longer.
Chris and the team, can’t wait to welcome you.
Our menus champion the best of the British Isles with seasonal-and-thoughtfully-sourced ingredients that take centre stage on our plates. Our talented Head Chef brings each element to life with our signature flair, letting every ingredient shine (no unnecessary frills, just bold, honest flavour). Whether it’s from a nearby farm, a cherished family-run bakery, or a yet-to-be-discovered local gem, each ingredient tells a story, and we let it do just that.
Christmas at The Lass is all about roaring fires, full plates and settling in for a proper festive get-together.
Our Christmas menus are packed with seasonal dishes, comforting favourites and plenty of indulgent touches, all best enjoyed with good wine and even better company. From office Christmas parties to long festive lunches in Richmond, pull up a chair, get cosy and let us do the cooking.

We’ll be showing the rugby live, with hearty seasonal dishes, proper pub favourites and perfect half-time bites to keep you cheering through every scrum, try and last-minute kick.
Gather the squad, grab a table and make a meal of it — because watching the Autumn Nations in Richmond is even better with great food on the table and a pint within reach.
We’re all about keeping things fresh. ever-changing-and-expertly-curated guest ales that keep beer lovers coming back for more. Our taps are always on the move (because variety is what makes a great pint even better), showcasing everything from crisp-and-refreshing brews by small, independent makers to the bold-and-hop-forward creations of Hogs Back Brewery and Surrey Nirvana. Whether you’re a craft beer connoisseur or just love discovering something new, there’s always a fresh pour waiting for you – straight from the keg, no fuss, just great beer.
Nestled beside Richmond Park, our pub is a dog’s paradise. Pub dog Pickles has an awesome selection of favourite walks that he’d wag his tail to recommend to his fellow furry pals, making us the go-to spot after a muddy adventure in Richmond Park.
Warm up by the roaring fire with steaming mulled wine, rich winter cocktails and seasonal serves made for cold evenings in Richmond. Add a few hearty small plates to the table, settle in somewhere cosy and stay for “just one more.”
At the heart of our exceptional service lies a passion deeply rooted in knowledge. We understand that every sip and every bite tells a story and our pursuit of expertise spans vineyards, grape varieties, and the varied terrain that births each bottle.
After a leaf-crunching wander through the deer-dotted paths of Richmond Park, swing by ours and step into autumn at its most comforting. Think crackling-fire-warmed corners, hearty-and-soul-soothing plates (because nothing says “cosy” like a pie with proper pastry), and glasses of velvety red wine that feel like a hug in a glass.
We’re here for your milestone moments and your everyday ones too – the neighbourly, pint-shared catch-ups, the we-should-make-this-a-habit suppers, and the one-more-bite-worthy puddings that make you loosen your belt (no regrets). From first sip to last story, we’ll make sure every gathering feels like the kind you’ll look back on with a smile.
So pull up a pew, shake off the winter chill, and let’s turn golden afternoons into ‘one for the family album’ evenings together.
